  • If your appliance can't be fixed, you'll be covered for the cost of a brand new replacement

Main exclusions are:

  • Appliances used for a non-domestic purpose or in a commercial environment
  • Faults that exist before the start of the policy, or that are due to a generic manufacturing defect e.g. Product recall
  • Any fault or damage caused by any theft, attempted theft, malicious damage or damage caused by fire or explosion
  • Costs of rearranging missed appointments with engineers, or installation, de-installation or scrappage costs of the appliance
  • In the first year, there is an exclusion period of 28 days when you will not be covered
